Full-time Permanent Administration Team Member at Alice Springs Podiatry

Full-Time Administration Position 

We are seeking an administration person to join our multi-health clinic, home to 7-health practitioners & visiting health specialists. The position operates with a high degree of independence in the management of general clinic operations and administrative duties for the podiatry team.

  • Full-Time Permanent; Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Excellent Renumeration + annual x-mas bonus
  • Career Growth > Undertake a podiatry assistance course or business course (fees covered) 
  • Supportive and Friendly Workplace
  • 2 weeks Onboarding with Experienced Staff
  • Start Date 7th January 2025

Administration experience is essential. Required skills include;

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to actively listen and engage with many clients each day
  • Ability to multi-task and rank tasks in order of priority when under pressure
  • Friendly, polite and empathetic of others
  • Ability to adapt to organisational changes
  • Competent with computers and practice management systems
